Shree Hindu Mandal has been Serving Dar es Salaam since 1919Shree Hindu Mandal was funded by the Hindu community of Dar es Salaam on the 29th of June 1919 as a non-profit organization serving Tanzanians of all religions, races, and color. Shree Hindu Mandal affirms its commitment to equality and pledges that it does not permit or practice discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or disability, when it comes to its services. We serve the people of Tanzania in the fields of health, education, and crematorium services. Furthermore we also serve the members of the Hindu community in the fields of religious education, social welfare, marriage reconciliation, and youth development. We are the governing board over the 18 various Hindu sub-communities in Dar es Salaam, providing various services to our constituents.
