Phoenix Metro Maharashtra Mandal(PMMM) of Phoenix, Arizona is a non profit organization established in early eighties. Every year PMMM committee organizes cultural, social, traditional programs and fun-filled gatherings. It provides a forum to preserve, promote, and cherish the great history and socio-cultural values of Maharashtra. These progams encourage community member participation, interaction and sharing of cultural values.The charter of the organization is to provide a forum for the people who claim 'Marathi' as their mother tongue or Maharashtra (a State in Western India whose capital is Bombay/Mumbai) as their origin. However it is open to anyone who wants to join with affiliation to Marathi language and culture. Membership and programs are open to everyone.
