Based in California's Bay Area Region, SCNC Association thrives on bringing the Sindhi Community together for various cultural events, charitable causes and volunteering opportunities. Our organization is based on a non profit model to best serve our community's needs. Our main goal is always to bring the Sindhi Community together by organizing cultural events and providing a platform for volunteering opportunities. Some of the areas we focus on are: * Global Events such as Sindhi Sammelan and networking with sister organizations * Organization of various celebrations such as Cheti Chand, Diwali, Annual Picnic, etc * Volunteering for cultural, spiritual and religious events * Kids committee focuses on events and opportunities for children aged 3 to 12 * Youth committee focuses on events and opportunities for children aged 12 to 19 * Seniors committee focuses on events and opportunities for seniors aged 65 or older * Membership Drive focusing on increasing the community's reach within Northern California
