Mrs.Sarojini Sundaresan is currently based in London, UK and runs fine arts society called RaagaLaya, dedicated to the development of research projects in Carnatic music and teaching enthusiastic students of different nationalities in the traditional Alathur style. : Mrs. Sarojini Sundaresan has performed in concerts extensively in India and elesewhere and has conducted lecture-demonstration and workshops on Carnatic Music. She is highly acclaimed for her in-depth knowledge in the art and well appreciated by critics and connoisseurs for her precision in rhythm and extempore exposition of popular and rare tunes (ragas). She has several compositions to her credit.
