Vidya Nataraj

Born in to a family of musicians, daughter and desciple of well known Veena virtuoso Prof. R.Visweswaran of Mysore, Vidya holds a master's degree in music,is a performing vocalist on All India Radio.Presently residing in Kuwait, Vidya teaches western music in an american school for the past five years.She also performs regular Carnatic music concerts,Ghazals,Kannada bhavageete,hindi classical based film music and also sings in many foriegn languages including musicals and choir. Takes great interest in comparitive study between indian music and other forms of music.Has been an active performer in many lecture demonstrations and feature programmes
