Very poor experience
ramesh Jewelers - Visited with my wife in Nov 09.Assistant very pushy and cocky. Treated us like children. We wanted to exchange an old pendant for a newer one. Assistant did not allow us to see the scales when weighing each piece.
Prices changed as time went on and he was shouting so all other customers looked.
I felt really mis-treated and left the shop very un-happy.
I am pesueing a case with the Trading standards office and have made Rado watches aware of my grievance as well as companies house.
