Worst Customer Service Ever!
Bought $2000+ worth of jewelry. Wanted silver they had it in gold and told us they'll do the silver plating. Went back to pick up the jewelry, the manager starts explaining how they can't turn everything into silver and makes excuses as to why it has gold spots in the middle of the pendant. However, they said they'd try one more time. Went back again and necklace looked the same like no one even bothered to work on it again. The owner and the manager both, didn't even come to talk, the manager didnt even apologize for lying and not letting us know before hand that it would not all be of the same color!! Had to talk to a person who worked in the back!! The employees (which are excellent at lying) came and tried to lie to us saying it is all the same color while the employee who worked in the back kept saying to their co- workers that it has faults and to stop lying! Offered us $40 as a refund! When tried wearing it for the first time on my wedding day the screw for one of the earrings broke.
