Nabil and his staff at Maya Carleen’s were amazing throughout the entire process making it easy and so memorable. From the very first day we walked in, Nabil listened and took the time to bring my fiancée vision to life. He even acted like they hadn’t seen me the day prior when I purchased the ring and brought my fiancée to make the final decision. Monda & Nabil are the best! I've been a customer for a year or so, and have had nothing but the greatest experiences. It’s hard to find this high level of customer service AND excellent pricing. I first purchased a bracelet for my then girlfriend. Even though it was a relatively inexpensive purchase, I got excellent service and no attempt at upselling me. When a link broke, I brought it in for service and with no hassle they exchanged it for a brand new replacement. The experience was so great that when I was ready to buy an engagement ring, they were my go-to jeweler. But I looked around to compare prices, of course, and, without exaggerating, the price was $2,000 cheaper at Maya Caroleena. Plus full confidence in their customer service. Maya Caroleena is an amazing family owned business. I previously bought items from them and had an amazing experience. When I started looking to upgrade my wife’s ring, this was the only place I wanted to go to. Their team was incredible listening to what I wanted (based on comments from my wife). They created a custom piece that blew me away. My wife was shocked and amazed. “It’s so beautiful I don’t want to wear it and break it”. They protect the ring for life!
