Rang Mahal Indian Cuisine

The Rang Mahal restaurant, located on the 26th floor of the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok, takes you through a typically South Asian gastronomic paradise! The Rang Mahal is open for lunch from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and for dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The restaurant, which accommodates 125 people, is decorated with complicated mirror work and high-quality paintings. In ancient times, rang mahal was the name given to the pleasure house and banqueting room of the maharajahs of India. The maharajahs frequented these pleasure houses to get away from the hassles of ruling the kingdom. Once there, they were treated to the best food, drinks and music. The Rang Mahal restaurant at the Rembrandt, true to its name, combines the lavishness of the maharajahs with contemporary Indian cuisine to give you a truly authentic South Asian gastronomic feast.
