Indian Student Association is a socio-cultural organization at Sam Houston State University, which serves to bring together and showcase the various hues and colors of the cultures that represent the Indian subcontinent, which consists of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and the Maldives. ISA also provides a social environment where students and scholars who are part of, or interested in the rich heritage of this part of Asia, can interact.. Anyone who is interested in societies and cultures of the amazingly diverse Indian Subcontinent is welcome to be part of ISA.
