To use a phrase made all too often, Rabindranath Tagore once said, “ Life is given to us, we earn it by giving it â€Â. This statement holds true in life, and definitely has meaning with the Indian Students Association at the University of Texas at El Paso. The Indian Students Association is a dynamic and influential organization that strives to promote South Asian awareness and culture not only on campus, but with the sorrounding community as well.The Indian Students Association is a non-profit organization for all the students from India. Our objectives are to promote service and leadership opportunities to all the members. Also, we relentlessly pursue to help new students with their educational and social issues that they may face during their stay at UTEP.
