Udaya Wentwortville
The much talked about Indian Superstore has average cleanliness, some products are doubtful when opened, no customer service specially if you have an issue with a product. All they want is your cash. When approached for a product redress they say 'we are only sellers, we have nothing to do with the product', 'we have never had such a complaint','will speak to the wholesaler'. Don't ask for exchange or your money back, even if you have a docket, you will be passed down from one person to the other,in my case three! When everything fails, you will be pitted against some 'senior staff' whom I will describe as a "bouncer", not customer service, who will shower sharp and rude words with an angry frown to get you off their back! Their policy " Heads we win tails you loose" ! Watch out !!!

Ms
Udaya spice in Wentworthville always provides the best service, it's clean has lots of parking and staff always willing to assist. Sometimes even though they might not understand what a person want their will find it out from another staff member.Great jobs everyone at Wentworthville. Now Liverpool Udaya spice market is exactly opposite, you don't get service even if u ask. They leave you standing and waiting until you decide to walk out or u have physically find someone to assist stop then having they social chat before they will serve you. Parking is another fact some stands there is suppose to tell customers where to park. This is Australia n if a parking spot becames available close to u then doesn't matter which order u entered the parking u can park. Staff charging customers $5 for parking which get back to u if u buy something how ridiculous.Really Bad Service never again will go to Liverpool Udays. Indian shop should STOP accuse that if a person look indian they are and don't require assistance in their shops
