Extremely poor customer service
We used to go to saree shop quite often. But after our recent encounter with the saree shop sales person, we will not set foot in this shop ever again. This sales person is extremely rude, ignored us for lengthy period of time and was on the phone for significant period of time during our stay at the shop. She made it clear to us that we were wasting her time and that she prefers rich clients instead. She was extremely rude towards my wife and mother and told us to leave the shop as we were not planning to buy anything from her due to her rudeness. In all my lifer, I have never encountered such bad customer service. When we asked for her Manager to lodge a complaint, she rudely refused to give us the Manager's name or number.
