The Melbourne Tabla School offers individual and group lessons in the fine and subtle art of Indian tabla to people of all ages, levels and backgrounds. Lessons are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am to 9pm and are held in Carlton and Hawthorn. The school presents regular student concerts, hosts visiting artists and offers all students regular involvement with a tabla ensemble that is suited to their skills. Tabla sets are available for hire for beginning students to take home and there are drums available to use during the lessons.
