I bought Jewelery from Totaram.com a few times and I never had any complaints with their service and products. I'm also sure about their quality, that's why I go to them time and again.

Owner is the not trustworthy. He tweaks rules on the fly. He doesn't do the refund even if gold weight of the product you got lesser than in the description. Not a fair business. I would suggest shop got in india or dubai so that you get fair deal.

WEIGHT OF GOLD DISCREPANCY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The weight of products displayed is a range of weights but the price mentioned for the range is just one. How can one sell GOLD this way?
They sent me the lowest range products and charged me the highest price for the product.
The customer service is good as long as you are trying to pay them for a product.
They were very rude when i tried to solve this problem !! and there was no compromise.
THE MOST RUDE JEWELLER in the US!!
BEWARE ALL PURCHASERS.
THEY HAVE PUT THE BEST REVIEWS UP ON THEIR WEBSITE . THAT IS JUST ONE SIDE OF THE COIN..

I've bought a product online and had a question regarding exchanges and the US manager start arguing and fighting with customer instead of patiently explaining the rules, he lost his temper and started using words that even very lowlow mean people also NEVer use.. They just want ur money, do not really want to serve u, dont understand customer service, do not know how to deal with customers.. there are LOT BETTER alternatives to these GREEDY blood sucking worms.. I dont know abt the store in hyderabad, but online a DEFINITE "DO NOT BUY". They are not worth trying.... DONT WASTE TIME, MONEY

USA store products are higly priced as compared to India
Totaram's US store doesnt change their products price when gold price goes down but increases the price when gold price goes up. Currently the gold price is low to $1287 per ounce but the rates on Totaram website haven't changed as per the current gold price. They still show rates equal to almost $1500 per ounce.

I have been longing to buy jewelry in US and was regularly monitoring website and waiting for them to update price since past 2 months but no luck.

I guess I need to start looking for any other store. Any suggestions?

Good Going
The diamond jewelery totaram's offer has a better color i.e E/F whereas the website states that they sell G/H Color diamonds. After searching I found that the diamond's color improves by a shade or 2 after it is stud in the ornament. This way I am really happy they choose not to fool their customers by giving them a G/H Color diamond in the end which actually means that the diamond's color is a shade lower i.e H/I. I am glad to be purchasing with them as my jewelery is getting a higher value by being 18k gold's diamond jewelery as compared to 14k or 16k gold.

Good quality products at great prices
I purchased a necklace set from this website, great prices, good product. I had the quality checked and it was great. They are very professional and made every effort to work with me. I am extremly pleased with them and will definately recommend everyone to try them
