In 1998 the Werribee Sikhs started holding their religious congregation on week ends in community halls hired through the Wyndham City Council, Victoria. At this stage they were a loose community group with few members. Werribee Sikh Community (WSC) registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria to become an incorporated organization on the 16th September 1999.Address
