One of the best Indian restaurants in Sydney and would recommend to experience the best indian food. Went for birthday lunch, great quality authentic tasty food and amazing hospitality of the staff. Great place for parties.

My wife and I dined here for the first time today. We were given exceptionally great service by the very friendly gentleman as soon as we stepped into the restaurant. Our banquet meal was top notch to say the least. This is superior Indian cuisine. The flavours, quality of ingredients and perfectly cooked food, in a fine dining setting are outstanding. Hats off to gentleman owner Sumit, whom we met before leaving. We wish you and your team every success and will be returning for sure.

Nice experience, food was great, owner and his staff were very warm and friendly, must recommend Bhuna Goat ( very different and pure 5 star style with subtle flavours) and Nan, but the show stopper was the desi style chilli chicken probably one of the best so far we had in Sydney. Gulab jamun was amazing as well.

This is first time we had dinner at Taj Castle Hill. Their food was delicious starting from entree to main. Every item were delicious. Specially the garlic naan, very fresh and soft. Me and my family highly recommend to try food at least once at Taj castle hill. No. 1

Really lovely food tonight and a good experience. Staff were really good – particularly the owner/chef. My boyfriend Mick ordered something that was a little too hot. The owner noticed and offered him a milder version which he enjoyed. We had a nice meal here tonight – thank you.

Warmly greeted on our arrival, lovely peaceful ambiance tucked away in a small shopping mall. Service, hospitality and food was amazing!! Very friendly personable staff.

One of the best if not the best Indian restaurant we’ve been to and we have been to a lot. For starters we had Gobi Manchurian , garlic and cheese naan. Followed by our favourite Paneer Tikka Masala, and Methi Chicken as suggested by our host Vijay.
Food was was delicious and very friendly staff.

Amazing food, atmosphere and hospitality. Overall a great fine dining experience at a great price. This is my new favourite place. Thanks team Castle Taj.
