very poor service. Cancelled reservation, and didn't notify me.
This travel agency took my reservation information and made a next day reservation for me to attend my father's funeral.

On the day of my flight, I attempted to confirm my reservation with Qatar Airways, and their website kept saying there was an error with my reservation.

When I called the travel agency (after a LONG wait and a run-around) they said Qatar's server was down which is why I was getting this error.

When I got to the airport, I went to the Qatar ticket sales window, and they had never received any payment from the travel agency, and as such cancelled my reservation.
