I agree with DR, worst customer service. see there response for DR comments after almost 8 months.

I was held up with similar situation with this guy, Once I paid for the ticket, its really tough to get hold of them for any follow up request. So please be careful dealing with them

Response from Riya Travel to above complaint. The complain by DR was a while back.

Very poor customer service. They are after you till you pay for the ticket. As soon as payment is done they disappear and do not reply to emails or calls. My flight is next week and they have not mailed my tickets yet. Very poor service ---- stay away. very pushy agents who call you ten times a day but when you are finished paying no one even returns your calls. Horrible customer service and rude inexperienced staff. do not recommend to anyone
