Terrible service
Very bad service and poor response. I had requested for a return ticket from Sydney to Bangalore and my return ticket was booked to to Melbourne. On calling them, I was asked to pay $100 change fee for a mistake they made in my booking. They have hidden terms and conditions. Never go back to them or suggest anyone to go to them.

Incomeplete Information or Frauds - Take your pick
I had booked a changeable but non refundable ticket for my wife. The customer service agent had at that time mentioned that this type of ticket would cost another $30-$50 extra for the changeable facility. I went ahead and booked the ticket accordingly.

When the time came to change the ticket, they mentioned that it will cost me another $150 minimum. At best, the sales agent had not been trained well enough and provided with complete information to be provided to the customer, and at worst, they are deliberate frauds who leave out vital information to influence you into buying a ticket. Take your pick - and yes their agents are very polite - great bonus, but behind it all is also a farce.

Excellent customer service...
The customer service guy was very genuine and patient. He was superb and certainly the backbone of Gaura Travel. God bless him... patience and expertise was there.

Don;t Deal With them
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had to cancel my ticket, called Gaura travel and they said its non-refundable (your $1,500 gone).
Then I spoke with the airline directly, they said the cancellation fee is only $200 (first lie). Then I called gaura travel back, this time they said the cancellation is $600 for you. I asked them to give me the breakdown. No answers, no email, no phone calls.

One thing is for sure, these guys are crooks. They lie big time and are ripping everyone off. Stay away from Gaura Travel!

GAURA TRAVELS = Beware
Dont waste your time and money with Gaura travels.They will give you a Cheaper Quote for your travel and will ask you to pay $100 as a deposit. Once you paid the deposit very next minute they will increase the price by $30 - $40. And if you Disagree to pay then they will not refund $100 which you have paid as a deposit. So After that you have 2 choice Either lose $100 or Pay $30-$40 extra.

Call center staff are rude and unhelpful and I personally, will never use this agent again. Their staff at Harris Park (SYD) office are nice enough but don't book through their call center in India.
