Beautiful dresses but disappointing assistant and after sales care
The distance was a problem but as I thought the dresses were worth it I accepted the distance (& traffic). I found Charmi's extension of her house disappointing and the overall bridal feel was quite flat. Her assistant Aditi was rather short and at times I felt that I had to give attitude to make progress (despite the price I had been prepared to pay). I have to say the result was great and I looked very briday on the day but again was disappointed when a few of my crystals came off during the day. Charmi's after sales care was not up to scratch and I felt quite frustrated with her considering the price and time I'd spent. E dresses are beautiful but think about the experience too, some people may not mind but I certainly did.
