Indian consulate office in Toronto/Brampton is just a joke
Long queues without any signs or instructions for what to do. 80% of employees get offended if you ask 2 questions in a row. No time frame for any service...its all on their MERCY when they will send your docs/passport back. Their helpline is a nice joke as well.....they keep on telling you call next week for your stuff. Time limit mentioned 2-3 weeks almost crosses 2 months & in some cases 3-4 months.On top of that now(Nov/2012) they are forcing everybody who reaches window to fill in a CONFIDENTIAL SURVEY FORM which is taken back and read by lady sitting on the counter. It is clearly written on form to fill and drop in suggestion box but lady behind the counter wants it back....WELL WHO FILL NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN FRONT OF THE EMPLOYEES ITSELF??
Indian consulate in India is seriously working in Indian way.....wish i could throw some money to some agent or employee to get my ALREADY LEGAL work done the ILLEGAL WAY !!
