Ordered online, received wrong item, never refunded
I tried to buy a ring for my fiance as a Christmas present. Not only did the ring arrive two weeks after the supposed arrival date, but it was the completely wrong ring. I called and emailed them several times, finally got a hold of someone who said they would "take care of it," but never heard from them again, despite numerous emails and phone calls. I never received the correct ring or an opportunity to return the incorrect ring, or a refund.
