If your not local don't bother travelling!
Having fallen in love with a lengha on the Charmi Creations website we travelled from Sheffield to try it on. I had checked that she had it in stock and that she could make a different coloured version for me. They claim to and have pictures of very good sketches on their website. These are supposed to be done at the first meeting to show you what your dress/lengha will look like. So I expected to try on some lenghas and dresses, see my design and then place my order. Instead what I actually got was the offer to try on the skirt in a completely different colour and lots of very short and breasty tops which were nothing like what I wanted. The room is a tiny extension on her house with no changing room just a very small toilet. Having decided what I wanted I told her - she claims to specialise in fusion weddings but actually all she does is ship in the dresses and lenghas from India. She will talk you out of what you want - because they can't order that.
If you're buying your wedding dress you want to make sure it's perfect so we asked to go away and think about what she could offer for half an hour. Bearing in mind we had travelled a long way and paid for a hotel, when we rung to say we were coming back her assistant told us we couldn't today we'd have to come later in the week!!
If you want a slutty looking wedding dress that's over priced sent from India and just adjusted to your size then travel but don't expect anymore. Its a very professional looking set up for a very awful and unprofessional service.
